Refund policy

Hello, due to the circumstance of the world's state of emergency;

 

All sales are final, no exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted. However in the event that you would like to request a cancellation or refund, you may do so as long as a shipping notification has not been issued. Once issued it is too late to request a cancellation. 

Due to the nature of physical goods, possible contaminates or cross contamination. Every order is packaged in a clean sterile environment and I desensitize and wipe down as much as possible. For Items that are prepackaged (I.E. Face Masks or other apparel or wearable goods, please wash them in cold water to prevent shrinking and fading before use. (They are in a state that the factory produced them in and may contain plastic aromas)
